Invigorate your wellness routine outdoors
Hit the parks and trails
Gateway Park, the largest park in Rosslyn, offers three acres of green space perfect for relaxing with a picnic, playing a game of catch, or getting in an outdoor workout. On the south end of Rosslyn, Freedom Park includes two blocks of gardens, trees, and benches, and Dark Star Park houses Arlington County’s first commissioned public art.
Want to take your exploration beyond the neighborhood? The Mount Vernon Trail and Custis Trail both begin in Rosslyn on the north side of Gateway Park, expanding miles into Arlington.
Stop and smell the flowers
Each season, our operations team installs new spring landscaping across Rosslyn to add a pop of color to our neighborhood. Take a walk or ride through the streets this spring to see our refreshed planters!
Have a doggone good time with your four-legged friends
Just like us humans, our pets are eager to spend time outdoors as the weather warms. Bring your pup to Gateway Park Dog Park, which includes 10,000+ square feet of fenced space to roam and play.
For quicker pit stops, check out Rosslyn's pet gardens (pictured), conveniently located on N. Kent St. and 19th St., and the other off of Nash St. and Wilson Blvd. Both locations offer green space, pet waste stations, and Adirondack chairs.
