This fitness competition will include three different workouts of the day in which the winners will progress to the next round. This is a family friendly event! Teams of two should email info@vervehealthandfitness.com to register by January 12, 2020, and pay the $20 entrance fee. Prizes will be given out to first, second, and third place teams.
