Join us for free outdoor yoga classes in Gateway Park to celebrate O2 2.0!

All you need is your yoga mat and water bottle! Join us for socially distanced yoga classes in Gateway Park, in celebration of the re-launch of Rosslyn's O2: Outdoor Office. All classes are accessible to all skill levels, and beginners are welcome. These sessions will be guided by Certified Yoga Instructor, Jessica Kirschner, of Mindful Modern Living.

Register below for any of our pop-up yoga classes, as part of three weeks of fun programming in O2 this October. If you're interested in getting some work done in this open-air workspace, a Rosslyn Ambassador will be onsite this fall to oversee safety, sanitation, and answer any questions during O2 business hours.

Meet the instructor, Jessica!

Jessica was first introduced to holistic wellness practices in the summer of 2017 while participating in a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 8-Week course through Cambridge Health Alliance in Massachusetts. MBSR is a secular mindfulness training to assist individuals with stress, anxiety, depression and pain. Those eight weeks had a profound influence on her body, mind, and spirit. The environment that was created was safe, warm, and inviting which made for a loving and open space for sharing, reflecting, and growing. Keep reading here.
