Rosslyn History Tour and Cocktail Demo by Salt

Looking to shake up your home happy hours, and maybe learn a thing or two while you're at it? We have just the event for you! The BID is partnering with Free Tours By Foot to lead you through a guided, fully-virtual history tour of Rosslyn on Wednesday, June 24th at 5:30 p.m.
Salt, Rosslyn's cocktail bar, will be kicking off the event with a demonstration on crafting one of their new seasonal cocktails, "We Found the Cure." Prior to the event, participants can purchase a cocktail syrup kit to create their own "We Found the Cure" for $20 (gin NOT included) alongside the bartender during the demo, which will be available for purchase at Rosslyn's Open Road location beginning on Monday, June 22nd, as well as online here!
In addition to the cocktail kit, the gin brand recommended is Barr Hill gin available at Virgina ABC stores, and the tools needed to complete the cocktail are a shaker tin, a strainer, and a coupe glass for serving.
As a bonus, at the end of the event, the Rosslyn BID will be raffling off $25 gift cards that can be use at Salt or Open Road to three lucky participants!
