Spring forward with your fitness by joining the Rosslyn BID for pop-up fitness classes this March! This series offers a variety of exercises for all to enjoy on Tuesdays, March 12, 19, and 26 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Participate in one or all of the classes — there’s no limit to moving your body! Tickets are $5 per class and space is limited, so sign up now to secure your spot.
We are experiencing technical issues with Eventbrite, so you may not receive an automatic confirmation email upon registering. We will honor registrations if you have a transaction record. Onsite registration is welcome!
Fitness Classes:
- March 12: Vinyasa Flow Yoga
- March 19: Training Ground Personal Training
- March 26: BASH Boxing
Join us on March 12 for a 45-minute vinyasa flow yoga class! Participants will have the opportunity to build strength, flexibility, and balance during this class. All levels are encouraged to participate, and it is recommended to bring a mat and water with you to this session.
Training Ground Personal Training will continue the fitness series on March 19 with a cardio-based, high-energy workout designed to provide non-stop conditioning of a variety of muscles. This workout class is suitable for all levels, so bring a friend and get your body moving this spring. Don't forget a mat and water for this class!
Round out the March Movement Series with BASH Boxing on March 26! Redefine your limits with a 45-minute BURN (yoga and Pilates inspired) class. Participants will have to opportunity to engage in various exercises including; mat Pilates, yoga-inspired stretch, isometric-focused weight work, and meditative breathing for the ultimate mind and body challenge. It’s encouraged to bring a towel, mat, and water to this session.
The entrance to Bennett Park Art Atrium is located on N. Pierce St. with underground parking available next door.
