Make 2021 the year of self-care! Bring your lunch and sit down for a virtual conversation with local nonprofit, Rock Recovery, that will focus on mindful living — eating, exercising and relaxing — on Monday, February 1 at 12:00 p.m. Over lunch, we'll chat about finding lifestyle balance, building healthy relationships with food, and feeling healthy and confident at any size.
Our Rock Recovery experts, Christie and Kristyn, will help us to see the value in all foods, and we'll wrap up with some helpful self-care tips and strategies.
During this discussion, you'll also learn about Rock Recovery, and the essential work they do to bridge gaps in resources for eating disorder treatment and education in our community.
