Rosslyn is in full bloom! Swing by Rosslyn’s Central Place Plaza this spring for the Rosslyn Flower Market! Visit our instagrammable flower installation and join us for three Saturdays of themed flower markets: April 24, May 1, & May 8!
Guests can enjoy the day and get into the springtime spirit; shop with our pop-up vendors and safely join in on the Rosslyn community virtual activations. Vendors include: Bethany Slater Ceramics, Blue Ribbon Floral Truck, Boso Kitchen, Fresh Impact Farm, Joyful Bath Co., and Rewild. See below for a description of what each of these vendors will have onsite!
Attendees are encouraged to register in advance for a one hour time slot during the event, with a maximum of 40 people allowed in the plaza at any given time. When arriving be prepared to provide confirmation of registration at the event check-in. Walk-in’s are also welcome once capacity is under 40 guests, but please note you will be required to fill out a waiver onsite at check-in.
Additional safety protocols will include one-way flow of foot traffic to promote physical distancing, masks will be required in the space, and hand sanitizing stations will be available at the entrance. Before making a reservation, please review the Rosslyn BID’s COVID-19 safety protocols and note that by making a reservation you are agreeing to abide by these guidelines.
Note that the Rosslyn BID is taking measures to help ensure the health and safety of Flower Market visitors, and ask that you review current guidance from Arlington County surrounding COVID-19 before attending. Don’t forget to wear a mask and practice physical distancing, and if you’re feeling sick or experiencing any coronavirus symptoms, please stay home!
Blue Ribbon Floral Truck
Blue Ribbon Floral is a female-owned mobile flower truck offering seasonal flowers, succulents and in-home friendly air-plants. Stop by to try your hand at floral design, and Ali Chrisler, creator and founder of Blue Ribbon Floral, will be there with design tips to help you create the perfect arrangement for you! REWILD
REWILD is a local speciality houseplant shop with stores in Shaw, Georgetown and one coming soon to Arlington! Visit this vendor for beautiful, healthy, and unique plants; from small, rare collector plants to large, statement specimens, and everything in between. Virtual activation details here.
FRESHFARM
FRESHFARM will be onsite at the Flower Market with $5 coupons that you can spend at any vendor at Rosslyn's Farmers Market, Wednesdays May 5 through October 27 at Central Place Plaza. Coupons are first come, first served, so stop by for $5 off your fresh fruits and veggies during your trip to the market this spring!
Boso Kitchen
Boso Kitchen is a small, black women-owned business specializing in small-batched gourmet roasted nuts including almonds, cashews, pecans and peanuts. Boso’s nuts are uniquely delicious and contain only quality, all natural ingredients and unique blends of spices.
Fresh Impact Farms
Fresh Impact Farms is a sustainably-minded indoor farm for all humans, growing 365 days a year, in Arlington, VA for the DC metro area. Visit Fresh Impact’s table for the best tasting, and most beautiful, locally grown products.
