Tired of the same old dinner recipes? It's time for a new year and new foods, so spice up your menu with meal inspiration from a pro! Join us for a live cooking demonstration at Assembly with executive chef Cameron Cousin on Jan. 18 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
The cooking menu includes apple manchego salad, seared salmon, peas, gigante beans, asparagus, chimichurri sauce, edamame, and mini pastry for dessert.
Tickets are $10 per person and include a complimentary drink. Proceeds will go toward Arlington Food Assistance Center to help feed our neighbors in need. Capacity is limited, so register now!
