Join Rosslyn nonprofit Charity Social for a Sweat Crawl at three local fitness studios in North Arlington, followed by post-workout snacks and a meet-and-greet with adoptable dogs from Operation Paws for Homes!
Participating fitness studios include:
Next Phase - Strength training
LavaBarre - Barre
Good Sweat - Indoor cycling
Event Schedule
1-1:30 p.m.: PROMPT Registration at Next Phase
1:30-2 p.m.: First class
2-2:15 p.m.: Jog to LavaBarre
2:15-2:45 p.m.: Second class
2:45-3 p.m.: Jog to Good Sweat for third class
3-3:30 p.m.: Good Sweat indoor cycling class
3:30-4 p.m.: Post-workout snacks/raffle/mingle with Operation Paws for Homes and their adoptable pups!
Ticket price is $30 per participant. You must sign up through Eventbrite. REGISTER HERE.
Charity Social will be selling raffle tickets for some great gifts from local companies. Cash only!
