Ring in the new year with Rossolutions!
Beginning Jan. 1, the Rosslyn BID is hosting an entire month of giveaways and activations to help you reach your health, wellness, and self-care resolutions — or as we like to call them, Rossolutions!

Week 1 | Jan. 1-7 | Get your goals in gear!
To start the month and the new year, share your resolutions with us on social media @RosslynVA and kickstart your mission to achieve your 2024 goals! Share your answer by commenting on our posts on Instagram, Facebook, or X, or tag us using #Rossolutions. We’ll be sharing some of the top resolutions across our social media channels!
Week 2 | Jan. 8-14 | Health & Fitness
Rosslyn is home to a variety of gyms to fit every need and fitness level for group classes, personal training, or solo workouts! Explore neighborhood gym options including Anytime Fitness, BASH Boxing, CrossFit Rosslyn, E60 Fitness, Gold’s Gym, Orangetheory, Training Ground, and Verve Health & Fitness! Many of these gyms also offer first-timer discounts or free trials, so seize the opportunity to find a new and exciting way to get your body moving!
On Wednesday, Jan. 24, at noon, try out a pop-up workout class hosted by trainers from Rosslyn’s newest gym, Training Ground! This cardio-based, high energy workout is designed to provide non-stop conditioning of a variety of muscle groups, combining strength and agility drills in a motivating, fast-paced environment.
For the warmer winter days, take advantage of outdoor options for exercises such as our parks and green spaces, like Gateway Park and Dark Star Park, and nearby trails, including the Mount Vernon and Custis Trails.
And for the moments when you’re not feeling in top shape, Rosslyn is home to medical experts at One Medical, AllCare, and CAO Orthopaedics to help you with primary, urgent, and specialized care needs.

Week 3 | Jan. 15-21 | Mental & physical wellness
Improving your cardio and strength is just one part of overall health, so don’t forget to keep the rest of your body in check this year, too! To round out Rossolutions later this month, Miru Acupuncture will be hosting a virtual webinar on Monday, Jan. 29, from 12:30-1 p.m. In this session, owner Erica Wiles will review six main acupuncture points and facilitate a Q&A for those interested in exploring acupuncture services.
