The site increased residential density in Rosslyn and followed guidelines outlined in the General Land Use Plan, Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor Streetscape Standards, Rosslyn Transit Area Study, Rosslyn Station Area Plan Addendum, and the Rosslyn Sector Plan.
