Penzance is asking Rosslyn newcomers to live differently at their urban village, The Highlands. Three distinct towers will offer versatile residences, upscale amenities,and inviting community spaces ranging from studios to three-bedrooms.The Highlands is the culmination of years long efforts to deliver a new school, new fire station, transportation network improvements, parks and open space, affordable housing, retail and new residential space to the Western Rosslyn community by 2021. The successful public-private partnership involved Arlington Public Schools, Arlington County, Penzance and Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing – in conjunction with significant input from community members and stakeholders.
