What's summertime without a little friendly competition?

Our popular Rosslyn Rivals series is back with the first-ever Rosslyn Rivals: Cornhole Tournament! Gather your team of champs and join us on Wednesdays this summer, July 14 through August 25.

Participation is free and open to all ages (and skill levels!). Maximum 4 people per team and you must register in advance via Eventbrite. Check-in begins each event day at 5:30 p.m. and games will end around 8 p.m. Teams are welcome to come back and participate each week of the series.

If you're not on a team, you're welcome to come support your friends and family from the sidelines! Rosslyn's Taco Rock will be onsite selling beer and wine. Ask the bartender to help you place a to-go order from the restaurant, which you can bring onsite to enjoy between games!

Each week, a new tournament bracket will be created based on the number of participants and teams on a first come, first served basis. At the end of the evening, the top 2 teams will win exciting prizes from local restaurants! Each week, the winners will take home gift cards to a different featured local restaurant, with $30 gift cards for the 1st place team (per person) and $15 gift cards for the 2nd place team (per person). 

Note that the July 14 event has been rescheduled to August 18 due to weather.

*The winning team on August 11 must select gift cards from a Rosslyn restaurant.

As a bonus, participants will receive a free drink token at check-in to redeem at participating Rosslyn restaurants, good until 9 p.m. the day of the event. (Tokens valued at $11, must be 21+ to redeem for alcoholic beverages.)

Before attending, please review Virginia’s current COVID-19 guidelines and note that by reserving a ticket you are agreeing to abide by these guidelines. 

UPDATE: Per Monday Properties' updated COVID safety protocols, all guests are required to wear masks while in the indoor space of the event. Masks are not required while in the outdoor cornhole area. All guests that are not fully vaccinated are strongly encouraged to wear a mask when not eating or drinking.

Additionally, do not attend if you or anyone in your household is currently experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
