Hours of Operation

O2 is not currently staffed by Rosslyn BID Ambassador. Stay tuned to our weekly e-newsletter and our social media channels (@RosslynVA) for news and updates on events in O2.

Rosslyn BID’s Safety Protocols

Before visiting O2, please review the Rosslyn BID’s COVID-19 safety protocols and note that all guests that are not yet fully vaccinated are strongly encouraged to wear a mask in all common areas and when walking to and from your workstation. Additionally, do not attend if you or anyone in your household is currently experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. 

Wi-Fi 

O2 is equipped with free Wi-Fi! The network is freeO2, and the password is #RosslynO2. If you need any Wi-Fi support or experience any technical issues during your visit to O2, please visit us at the check-in desk or call our main office line at (703) 522-6628. 

O2 Outside of Operating Hours

The furniture, free WiFi and shade structures will be available in O2, year-round! However, the space will only be staffed by a Rosslyn BID Ambassador during the operating hours listed above. As such, the office supplies and amenities available for checkout will only be accessible during O2's business hours.

Office Supplies 

O2 is your outdoor office, and it should feel that way! Need to brainstorm with your coworker? We have an easel or whiteboard for that! Need something to help with the sunshine on your computer, or some extra battery life? We’ve got something for you! Stop by our check-in desk to rent our supplies free of charge, but note that you’ll need to provide a photo ID and supplies are limited.

If you will be participating in video calls in O2, please bring headphones, as that will be the best sound quality and will be less disruptive for those around you. If you need a pair, visit the check-in desk, as we have some available to give away.

Weather Policy

In the event of a forecast of severe weather during normal operating hours, O2 will not be staffed by a Rosslyn BID Ambassador. Keep an eye on our event page and social media (@RosslynVA) for the most up-to-date weather related alerts.

Food and Beverage

Food and beverage is allowed in the space, so consider ordering takeout or delivery from one of your favorite Rosslyn restaurants! Keep an eye on our event calendar page for special giveaways at O2.

Bathrooms

There are public bathrooms available at Gateway Park that are sanitized frequently.

Meetings

To make your visit as productive as possible, the Rosslyn BID team is here to help. With advance notice, we can help you organize a safe and special meeting for your team or business that will feel as if you were brainstorming in your own office! Contact engagement@rosslynva.org to discuss possibilities.

Dog Policy

In case you haven’t heard, we are big fans of dogs in Rosslyn! Dogs are allowed in O2 but must remain on a leash at all times. Be sure to check out our new interim dog park in Gateway Park, a 2-minute walk from O2!

Parking and Transit 

Gateway Park is a 5-10 minute walk from several bus stations and the Rosslyn Metro station. If you are driving to O2 and are looking for a place to park, check out the Atlantic parking garage at 1911 Fort Myer Drive.

Part of the area surrounding Gateway Park is undergoing construction, so O2 users are encouraged to access Gateway Park by safely crossing at the intersection of N Lynn St. and Lee Highway, where you can then enter Gateway Park at any of the entrances.

Bikes and Scooters

Bike and scooter parking is available onsite at the entrance of O2. Several Capital Bike Share stations are located nearby.
